The Gig:

 

As a commercial loan officer, you’d be responsible for maintaining client relationships to originate and close a high volume of quality commercial loans.

Responsibilities:

·        Maintain relationships with clients to increase reoccurring production and originate commercial loans.

·        Grow portfolio by bringing in new business and cross-selling to clients.

·        Maintain client database, client and customer calling/monitoring efforts, marketing, and referrals.

·        Prepare and present credit analysis and recommendations for borrowing requests.

·        Expedite production by communicating commercial lending policies and procedures.

·        Monitor the credit risk of the portfolio.

·        Create awareness of the bank through community activity.

·        Stay abreast of all federal and bank policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

·        5-8 years in commercial lending, analysis, or business development.

·        Experience with middle market C&I lending.

·        High School Diploma or equivalent – required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or relevant discipline – preferred.

·        An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

·        Exceptional networking and relationship building skills.

The Pay:

Our client offers a competitive total compensation package including base salary and benefits. The pay range for this position is $150,000 to $175,000 per year, and depends on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, education, and geographic location.
