The Gig:


As a Division Manager of Middle Market banking, you would be the head of a team of commercial loan officers across the West coast that are responsible for maintaining and building relationships with middle market clients.

  • Develop business plan to identify and succeed in target market.
  • Regularly meet with commercial loan officers to discuss goals.
  • Foster strong partnerships across the bank to build a cohesive internal referral process.
  • Maintain relationships with clients to increase reoccurring production and originate commercial loans.
  • Grow portfolio by bringing in new business and cross-selling to clients.
  • Maintain client database, client and customer calling/monitoring efforts, marketing, and referrals.
  • Prepare and present credit analysis and recommendations for borrowing requests.
  • Expedite production by communicating commercial lending policies and procedures.
  • Monitor the credit risk of the portfolio.
  • Create awareness of the bank through community activity.
  • Stay abreast of all federal and bank policies and procedures.



  • High School Diploma or equivalent – required; Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing or relevant discipline – preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in commercial banking, of which 2 years should be in a leadership role.
  • Advanced knowledge of business development, credit underwriting, loan structuring, and credit quality
  • An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • Exceptional networking and relationship building skills.

Location: Seattle would be ideal but this position can operate out of WA, OR, ID, or CA.

The Pay:

Our client offers a competitive total compensation package including base salary and benefits. The pay range for this position is $150,000 to $240,000 per year, and depends on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, education, and geographic location.
