Position Summary (The Gig):

Are you a seasoned veteran of the banking world with a breadth of industry knowledge and team leadership experience? Are you enjoying the leadership role you have now, but need a change of scenery and company culture to feel fulfilled in your career? If so, we have a client with an opportunity for you. As an SVP Commercial Team Lead, you’ll be the key player for this market in retaining and growing relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing commercial loan business including CRE (both OO and Investor), Construction, C&I, and private loans and lines.
  • Must be comfortable self-sourcing business without a lot of internal referrals.
  • Working with loans around $5mm – $20mm+ in size.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and continuously network and develop relationships inside your portfolio and in the community.
  • Responsible for small team of commercial lenders.

 

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of commercial banking experience.
  • 1+ year of leadership.
  • Must have credit and underwriting knowledge.

The Pay:

Pay is negotiable depending on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, production, credit & underwriting knowledge, skills and experience, education, and overall polish.
