The Gig:
The Note Department Manager is responsible for the documentation and support of C&I, Commercial Real Estate, Construction, and Residential loans. They will report to the CCO and will have a team at their direction to carry out loan serving activities.
- Directly supervises loan servicing staff and oversees the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of direct reports.
- Ensure loans are processed according to established regulations and bank procedures.
- Prepare and adjust to system updates.
- Maintain and demonstrate proficiency with loan software applications. (e.g. Laserpro, Silverlake, Cognos, nCino)

The Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or another related field preferred. Equivalent experience or certifications accepted.
- Minimum 10 years in banking, a majority in commercial loan processing.
- Management experience preferred.
The Pay:
- $110k to $150k+ base salary. Pay is negotiable depending on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, education, and geographic location.
- Will pay some relocation costs if applicable.
