Staffing Coordinator

We’re proud to announce an exciting opportunity to join our HireQuest team as entry level Staffing Coordinator for our Bellingham office.

This position assists the daily operations of the branch.

This includes ensuring the profitability of the branch and a high level of customer satisfaction.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Help build relationships and provide effective and timely solutions to clients through exceptional customer service.
  • Dispatch HireQuest employees.
  • Perform daily and weekly pay outs for HireQuest employees.
  • Conduct customer calls in a timely matter and report to supervisor any issues.
  • Conduct Accounts Receivable collection calls.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education Level Required: minimum of a High School education
  • MS Office proficient
  • Customer service experience
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
