Job Summary: Provide mental health assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and crisis intervention services for adults and/or children. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and direct individualized treatment programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and evaluate clinical treatment programs.
• Provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Counsel patients and their families on therapeutic regimens and medication adherence.
• Prepare and maintain confidential records and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians on psychotropic medication evaluations.
• Utilize community resources for patient treatment.
• Supervise Post Masters Fellows and Associate Clinicians (if qualified).
• Participate in departmental program development and on-call rotation.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical or Counseling Psychology, or related field.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Professional Clinical Counselor (California).
• Familiarity with DSM-V for diagnosis.
• Experience in assessing and treating a broad range of psychiatric conditions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of social service agencies, state regulations, and professional standards.
• Commitment to quality service, teamwork, and ethical integrity.
• EMDR experience/training

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a psychiatric treatment team setting.
• Crisis intervention and psychotherapy experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
