Title: SBA Business Development Officer

Locations: Greater Phoenix AZ area: Scottsdale, Mesa, Glendale, Chandler, etc.

Two of our clients, both regional banks, are looking for an SBA Loan Officer/BDO in the greater Phoenix area. They are both under $5bb in total assets, so they are big enough to have the systems and support to back you up, but small enough to stay nimble and get creative. They are looking for SBA BDOs who are ready and capable of self sourcing deals, can thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, and help expand their national footprint. Oh, and have fun while doing it! 

**The key difference between these two roles is:

• One is only looking for 7a, not 504 (the conventional side of the bank handles all 504 loans), but the total comp potential is much higher. They have BDOs who are averaging between $50k and $85k a month in commision. You can make $1mm+ total comp if you are producing $30mm+ annually. 
• The other does both 504 & 7a and you can make north of $350k total comp. Solid production to them is $12mm–$15mm annually, and $20mm–$30mm is a home run.

• Hands-Off Support: Weekly check-ins to stay connected, but otherwise, you’re free to focus on building relationships and closing deals. They both offer robust support like working with an excusive underwriter.
• Streamlined Process: High-quality LOIs upfront to eliminate bottlenecks early. 
• Uncapped Earning Potential: They both have uncapped commission. 
• Expertise You Will Bring: A wide variety of industries across CRE, 504, and 7(a) loans, with a focus on deals roughly in the $500k–$20mm range.
