Executive Recruiter
Kate Hillmon
Kate has worked in recruiting since she graduated from Western Washington University in 2010 with a BS in Kinesiology. How did she end up in recruiting? She was found by an agency and lured into the world of making matches based on her personality. She soon realized her ability to compete and beat records, that she developed as an athlete, also served her well in a business environment. Kate is a machine, and her very first phone call turned out to be the first person she placed, breaking the office record for fastest placement from a rookie. She has no fear and works with intense focus, like few recruiters can. Kate has continued to mountaineer, hike 500-mile trails around the world, teach Pilates, personally train others, run marathons, go to CrossFit, and ride her bike whenever possible. It is also worth mentioning that Kate is the center of her family as wife of an overachieving fireman/paramedic, mother to a sweet and smart and overly articulate six year old son, a sweet and snuggly three year old daughter who is already a daredevil like her mom, a Golden Retriever puppy named Dimi, and friend to many. Kate is exactly who you want with you on a spontaneous night out; she is always up for adventure and fun. Don’t ask about that time she brought a friend to run The Enchantments; it did not go well.
