Jolie Spahr delivers experience in recruiting, training, human resources, and business administration to our team. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Sociology from Brigham Young University (BYU-ID) and has dedicated her career to helping organizations build strong, effective teams and cultures that drive long-term success.

With a passion for developing skillsets and creating positive workplace environments, Jolie thrives in building organizational excellence through collaboration, strategic thinking, and genuine leadership. She believes in empowering individuals to grow, communicate openly, and achieve their highest potential—principles guiding her throughout her career.

Outside the office, Jolie is a proud mom of three wonderful kids, an “obnoxious” but lovable dog, and a perfectly behaved cat. She finds joy in gardening, kayaking, exploring the beach, creating stained glass art, and relaxing with friends over a good glass of wine.
