Marcella Ascoli

Marcella Ascoli is an Executive & Clinical Search Partner, Healthcare Operations Expert, and Talent Strategist with over a decade of experience in healthcare operations and recruiting. Her career began with eight years overseeing supported living programs for adults with developmental disabilities and hands on caregiving, where she managed everything from caregiver hiring and coaching to wage calculations and day-to-day care operations. This hands-on leadership experience gave her a deep understanding of how the right hire can transform a team—and how the absence of strong leadership can impact care and morale.

After transitioning into recruiting, Marcella spent more than three years placing allied therapists, nurses, and specialized education professionals across both urban and rural communities in Washington State. Without the support of a database or internal network, she built relationships from the ground up—learning to ask the tough questions, uncover real concerns, and move quickly to meet urgent staffing needs.

Now focused on executive and clinical search, Marcella brings urgency, intuition, and operational insight to every placement. She doesn’t just send resumes—she delivers candidates she would have hired herself.
