About Me

I’m Marcella Ascoli, a Washington local, former healthcare professional, and healthcare recruiter. I partner with organizations that invest in their people as much as they invest in patient care.

I’ll give you an honest perspective on the role, the team, and the community so you can determine whether it’s the right fit for your goals and values.

If you’re looking for a nursing role where compassion, advocacy, and human connection are part of the job description, I’d love to connect.
