Ashli Joy is a talented creative with many skills. She also takes a long time to trust people, so she stuck to decorating, hosting parties, cooking, social media, and arranging gift baskets for YEARS while JSST tried to woo her. She gladly became an auntie to the kids whose moms work at JSST, but committing to working with the squad 40 hours a week took quite a bit longer. When JSST finally got her to join the squad, it was quickly apparent that she has a knack for helping people achieve their goals in addition to making everyone enjoy the feel, look, taste, and time spent at JSST. She is our Chief Experience Officer and oversees social media, hospitality, decorating, employee engagement, food, goal and accountability coaching, community involvement and philanthropy. She exists to bring beauty in the world, to make people feel taken care of, and to make sure her rescue dog has the cushiest life possible. You will find her decorating her adorable house and hosting parties. She frequently plans on wearing fancy clothing to work, but wearing heels is a lot less appealing lately. Don’t ask her about her dedication to pools.
