Joanne Dzubinski

Joanne was raised in west Texas but born in Germany and has visited family in Bavaria several times. While you’re not likely to spot her drinking beer at Oktoberfest, she did inherit her penchant for efficiency and organization from her German roots. Joanne is a tech-savvy professional whose skill set includes human resources, operations, and business administration. Her background is in the high tech and healthcare industries, with experience ranging from small businesses to project team environments within corporate giants. She is our quietest team member, and she also makes everything work for the squad behind the scenes. What does she do? Everything! She is passionate about focusing on the human capital, empowering people and creating a great workplace culture where great work can happen.

As a creative thinker, Joanne regularly comes to the team with solutions to problems they didn’t known they needed fixed. Her curiosity not only fuels her commitment to her own personal growth, but to professional growth for herself and the teams she supports. Joanne is also an indie author and has written a series of fantasy novels. She spends her free time writing and has several projects in the works. Don’t ask about that guy who tried to sell her one of her original books for an obscene amount of money.
