Taryn Wright

Taryn Wright was aggressively pursued by her last recruiting agency. The team lead saw an ideal personality suited for recruiting, and Taryn was looking for something to line up with her journalism degree. She turned down the first offer of hire. After some very strong wooing and reassurance that success was inevitable, she accepted, and went on to break records and rank #1 in the Western Region for her role and #4 globally in her rookie year. She didn’t end up writing articles, but she writes a lot of presentations and references.

Taryn is the person you want on your side in any situation. She is calm, logical, smart, but most importantly full of energy and excitement. If a slow clap starts, Taryn is the second person clapping. She is eager and proactive in getting her hands-on available learning and training tools. She comes to work early just to have alone time for studying or finding inspirational speakers to start her day off right. She is committed, loyal, always looking for growth and self-improvement, and the best sort of person to work with. She shines as our unofficial IT person, and has declared herself “smarter than everybody!” She does not struggle with knowing her worth. You can find Taryn hanging out with her best friend and husband, Paul, who is also a recruiter on our team, at a local brewery or restaurant with their rescue Lab-Chihuahua mix Freddy. Taryn is the daughter of a contractor, and she has tools and knows how to use them. Every once in a while, she leaves their cute MCM home they are renovating to go out with her mom friends and has recently decided that “going to pick up Clicklist” on a Friday night is the perfect excuse to sneak away to a dive bar for giggles. Don’t ask her about her last hike.
