A community-focused healthcare organization in Eastern Washington is expanding; and launching a brand-new outpatient behavioral health program designed in direct response to local community needs.

We are seeking a mission-driven Behavioral Health Consultant (LICSW or LMHC) who is excited by the opportunity to help build and shape a new program from the ground up while delivering meaningful care across the lifespan.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $90,000 – $110,000
• $10,000 sign-on bonus (or relocation support)

The Opportunity

You’ll play a key role in delivering evidence-based behavioral health care within a primary care setting, supporting patients across the lifespan; with a strong emphasis on pediatric and adolescent populations.

This role is especially meaningful for clinicians passionate about:

• Youth behavioral health (ADD/ADHD, conduct challenges, emotional regulation)
• Teen depression, anxiety, and suicide risk
• Early intervention and family-centered care
• Expanding access to care in underserved or rural communities

What You’ll Do

• Conduct behavioral health, psychosocial, and substance use assessments
• Provide brief, evidence-based interventions in an integrated care model
• Deliver psychoeducation and skill-building for patients and families
• Collaborate closely with primary care and psychiatric consultants
• Monitor patient progress (in-person, telehealth, and phone follow-ups)
• Support treatment planning, referrals, and care coordination
• Track outcomes and document care using EHR systems

What We’re Looking For

• Active Washington State LICSW or LMHC license (required)
• Experience in pediatric behavioral health (strongly preferred/required)
• Comfort working across age groups (pediatrics through geriatrics)
• Interest in integrated care or primary care settings
• A collaborative, adaptable, and community-minded approach
• Willingness to work onsite, with some hybrid flexibility as appropriate
• Open to relocation if not local
